Delivery Policy

If you are not home to accept delivery during your scheduled delivery window causing the order to need to be redelivered, you will be responsible for all redelivery fees. 

For smaller accent pieces like floor cushions, we work with traditional shipping providers.

For special situations like walk up apartments or rooms higher than two flights of stairs, additional charges may apply. Please reach out to support@mantlefurniture.com if you have a unique delivery situation or question.

If our white glove partners are unable to complete the delivery due to obstacles in your home or apartment building, you will lose the original shipping cost paid, as well as 20% of the cost of your order to help offset the cost of return shipping.

Returns

If you return your piece within the first 7 days of receiving your order, you will be refunded 100% of the cost of the piece, and we will cover the return shipping cost. You will not receive a refund on the cost of the white glove shipping and delivery service. After 7 days, you will be refunded 90% of the cost of the piece and will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee. Returns are not accepted past 30 days from the delivery date.

All sale and Ready to Ship items are final sale.

Custom orders are not returnable under any circumstance. Custom orders include, without limitation and by way of example only, any products altered from those offered as standard on our sites such as any custom-made size, configuration, or upholstery.

In special circumstances, Mantle Furniture may choose to donate returned orders. In those instances, you may be required to move the furniture outside your home for pickup. Once the order has been collected and we have received the donation paperwork, your refund will be issued.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled at no charge within 3 days of placing your order.
