For all of our sectionals, sofas, chairs, tables, and ottomans, we’ve partnered with a specialty white glove shipping provider that will not only deliver the product directly to your door, but also place your furniture into the room of your choice. Due to a nationwide increase in shipping costs, there is a $149 fee ($249 for sectionals) for white glove shipping. For special situations like walk up apartments or rooms higher than two flights of stairs, additional charges may apply. When your order is ready to ship from our factory, we’ll email you with information about your shipment and what to expect on delivery day. For larger items like sectionals, sofas, Chairs, tables, and ottomans, our white glove partners will reach out to you directly to schedule a delivery window that suits your schedule.
If you are not home to accept delivery during your scheduled delivery window causing the order to need to be redelivered, you will be responsible for all redelivery fees.
For smaller accent pieces like floor cushions, we work with traditional shipping providers.

We offer a week to fall in love with your piece. If you don’t, initiate your return within the first 7 days of receiving the order to receive a 100% refund AND we will cover the shipping cost of the return. After 7 days, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. After 30 days from the order delivery date we do not accept returns.
All sale and Ready to Ship items are final sale.
In special circumstances, Mantle Furniture may choose to donate returned orders. In those instances, you may be required to move the furniture outside your home for pickup. Once the order has been collected and we have received the donation paperwork, your refund will be issued.
Orders can be cancelled at no charge within 5 days of placing your order.
