How to Sign Up

Becoming a part of the program is simple and easy. You'll just need your company/website information, your resell certificate, and your state's tax exemption documentation. After that, we'll review information and invite you to activate your Mantle account. Please note that trade accounts will be re-verified on an annual basis.

Shipping Details

When it comes time to ship furniture orders you have 2 options.

1. Free Pickup From Our Factory: You are welcome to schedule pickup and delivery from our factory to your warehouse or client's home for no charge. Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase will be refunded after the order is collected from our factory.
2. Delivery Options: We are able to schedule delivery for you. Delivery options range from Threshold to White Glove delivery. If you choose for us to schedule delivery for you, you will be billed for the cost of shipping through a separate invoice. Shipping cost paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the total cost of shipping.

Our smaller items such as our Miles floor cushions, pet throws and cut yardage are shipped via UPS. When it comes time to ship these items you are able to provide information about your personal UPS account to be used for shipping or an invoice can be emailed to you for the cost of shipping.
