    Mantle has taken years of experience and distilled it into our premium cushion options. For seating, we use a plush foam wrapped in soft fiber for supreme comfort that still holds its shape. And for back cushions, we use an all-fiber fill for the right blend of softness and support.

  2. Springs

    Mantle is one of the few furniture makers that still constructs sofas with 8-way-hand-tied springs, considered the gold standard for sofa construction. This method creates the perfect balance of support, comfort, and long-lasting durability. It takes craftspeople years to perfect the skill of 8-way hand tied springs, but it makes for a sofa that will last for years as well.

    Frames are precision-cut from premium engineered hardwood that is domestically and sustainably sourced for stability that stands the test of time. Our wood joinery uses reinforced corners for added strength and durability, and all frames are inspected prior to upholstery.
