Trade Member Perks

What are the benefits of becoming a Trade Member?

You will receive 30% off every order, with the exception of Ready to Ship pieces and Swatch Kits. You will also have access to a dedicated Trade Member support team that will help make your design process easier.

How do I apply my Trade Member discount?

Log into your Trade Member account, and the discount will be reflected on both the product pages and your shopping cart.

Cushion & Fabric Details

Are your cushions Certipur Certified?

Yes! All of Mantle’s cushions are Certipur Certified.

Are your fabrics Oeko-Text Certified and/or GreenGuard Certified?

Yes! Our Woven Fleece and Heavyweight Textured Weave are Oeko-Text Certified. Our Heavyweight Classic Chevron and Heavyweight Bouclé are GreenGuard Certified.

Order Details

Can I make changes after I place my order?

You are able to make changes to your order within 3 days of placing the order. If you need to make changes, please contact us directly at support@mantlefurniture.com

If I order a piece, can I cancel my order?

We allow cancellations within 3 business days of placing your order. To cancel, please select “cancel order” in your confirmation email.

Custom Orders

How can I receive a quote for a custom order?

To receive a custom quote, please contact us at support@mantlefurniture.com or 833-622-1848.

How can I place a custom order?

Orders with additional customizations are handled in two parts. First, you will purchase the product in the fabric and finish of your choice online. Second, a separate invoice will be created for the extra customizations and emailed to you for review and payment. Custom changes are not eligible for the trade professional discount and void the return policy.

Can I upgrade my cushion package?

Yes! Please contact support@mantlefurniture.com for additional information. Note that cushion changes, unlike other customization, will not void the return policy.

Shipping & Delivery

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on a number of factors, including the origin and delivery zip codes, and the dimensions and weight of the products purchased. We’ll provide you with an estimate of shipping costs, and once your order is built, we’ll communicate the final total from the shipping carrier.

What shipping options are available?

For Trade Members orders, we offer threshold delivery or white glove delivery for larger items and standard UPS delivery for smaller items.

Can I use my own shipping vendor?

Yes! If you prefer to use your own shipping carrier, we will contact you once the order is complete and ready to ship. Once your carrier has collected the order, any shipping cost paid at checkout will be refunded.

Can I ship directly to my client’s home? How will it be delivered?

Yes! Our premium threshold delivery and white glove delivery partners are able to bring orders straight to your client’s home.

Can I expedite an order?

What happens if I need to change my address after the order has shipped?

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has shipped, you will be responsible for all fees incurred with updating the address.

What happens if I miss my scheduled delivery?

If you or your client are not home to accept delivery during your appointment window, you will be responsible for all redelivery fees that are incurred. Please note these fees can vary from $350-$1,500.

Tracking

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped from our workshop, we will send you an email with your shipping information. Based on your shipping carrier, tracking updates may vary.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Production in our Maiden, NC workshop takes 4-6 weeks, with shipping lead times adding an additional 3-5 weeks. For Trade Program orders that require extra customization, such as frame alterations, expect production to take 6-8 weeks.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer fully refunded returns within 7 days of your furniture being delivered. If items are returned within 30 days, they incur a 10% return fee. For orders made as part of the Trade Program, the Trade Member will be responsible for return shipping costs. For more on our return policy, click here.

Tax

Do you charge sales tax?

All orders will be charged sales tax unless you submit a current resale certificate or other form of documentation that proves your company has tax-exempt status.
